ALL SALES ARE FINAL

At ADAJÉ, all sales are final. Once an order has been confirmed, we do not offer refunds or exchanges for any products unless the item is defective or if you have received the wrong item.

DAMAGES

We take pride in the quality of our products. However, if you believe you have received a defective item or if we have sent you the wrong item, please contact us immediately at info@adajeswim.com or utilize the contact page with the following information:

•   Order number
•   Description of the issue
•   Photographic evidence of the defect or the wrong item received.
•   Within 24 hours of receiving your item

 

 

SHIPPING POLICY

Items available are currently on pre order until April 1st and we are waiting on our swimsuits from our manufacturer. Please allow 15-35 business days to receive your order.

Orders usually ship within 2-5 days of your order being placed when swimsuits are in stock!
